Join the team at BASK, one of the Sunshine Coast’s premier dining destinations. We are currently seeking both a Chef de Partie and an experienced Waiter to join our small, professional, and passionate team.

Tucked within Peregian Village Square in the heart of Peregian Beach, BASK is a two Chef-Hatted restaurant recognised for its innovative, seasonally driven cuisine. Led by a chef whose culinary prowess has earned national acclaim and an Australian Good Food Guide Chef’s Hat, BASK is known for its vibrant flavours, high-quality local produce, and memorable dining experiences served both at lunch and dinner.

Chef de Partie – What We’re Looking For:

Waiter – What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in fine dining or hatted restaurant settings
  • Strong section-running skills, with a calm and confident presence on the floor
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and guest-focused service
  • A professional, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Availability to work throughout spring and summer (essential)
