Requirements Required Job Skills: At least 2+ prior years’ experience in an equivalent-style restaurant (Fine Dining, Elevated Banquet service, Seasonal Menu) Wine and spirits knowledge Memorization- ability to learn and memorize changing menu, food, recipe, dish, spirits, wine offerings regularly. Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable A willingness to learn and grow Must be available for PM shifts Wed-Sun. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates. Must be at least 18 years of age. Reliable transportation to work.
