REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Able to lead by example and handle peak periods
• Strong technical skills and kitchen discipline
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Physically fit to handle kitchen pressure
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Oversee a specific section (grill, pasta, salad, etc.)
• Ensure high food quality and presentation standards
• Train and guide junior staff
• Manage stock for your section and ensure FIFO
• Work closely with Head Chef to implement kitchen goals
• Guide other kitchen staff in their daily tasks as needed.
• Ensure that food handling, hygiene, and storage procedures are followed at all times.
