Duties:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ability to work with head and second chefs and repor
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- adherence of knowledge of all HACCAP procedures
- Ensure consistent food presentation and high-quality taste
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
