Job Introduction
Heritage Portfolio are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the team at our Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh. We operate within some of Scotland’s leading cultural destinations, including Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, The Scottish National Portrait Gallery, V&A Dundee, Mansfield Traquair, the Signet Library and Perth and Musselburgh Racecourses.
With an emphasis on fresh, made from scratch cooking, our culinary teams execute outstanding catering and event services, from private dining, weddings and corporate clients to exceptional in-house café services. Under the guidance of our Head Chef and culinary development team, you will prepare and deliver a range of menus, from deli style retail offers to high end fine dining experiences, all with our overarching ethos of quality, seasonality, provenance and flavour at their heart.

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparing food to a high level within the Central Production Kitchen based in Edinburgh.
  • Delivery of food at our events premised throughout Scotland
  • Reporting into Executive head chef
