We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Chef de Partie to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering.

• Ensure the prompt provision and efficient service of all meals and catering requirements at the specified time to the standards laid down in the KPI’s and Modern Recipe guidelines.
• Maintain levels of stock to the agreed established targets.
• Ensure that methods of preparation, production and presentation comply with standards and procedures.
