ABOUT THE ROLE

Here at Sodexo, our talented Chefs, use their passion to create fresh, vibrant meals, using the finest ingredients! We have a vacancy for you to join our busy team as a Chef de Partie at Newcastle United Football Club
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for supporting the team in maintaining the highest standards in the preparation, presentation and service of food.

Main Responsibilities

  • To ensure the preparation of all food processing.
  • To ensure the quality of product and standards of hygiene within the Kitchen facilities conform to the criteria set out in the SOP.
  • Reporting all defects of equipment, damage to materials and any incidents involving theft to management.
  • Keep the detailed cleaning schedule for all kitchen, stores and related areas up to date, ensuring that these are strictly adhered to and work is carried out to a satisfactory standard.
  • Preparing orders in accordance with company procedures, verifying accurate delivery against delivery note/ invoice and the original order itself.
  • Ensure completion of all necessary stock control documentation in accordance with internal accounting procedures.
  • Ensure that accurate fridge and food temperatures are recorded.
