Chef de Partie - Soho House Amsterdam We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Chef de Partie who is passionate about food. As Chef de Partie you will ensure a good mice-en-place and manage a busy section. You will be preparing, cooking and presenting dishes from the menu according company policy. You are also responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
