We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie/Sous Chef to join our the team of Ida Restaurant, winner of the 2025 Good Food Guide’s “Best Local London Restaurant.” The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional meals to our guests while working in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an Italian kitchen preferable
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
  • Experience in meal preparation and serving within a restaurant setting is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
  • A passion for cooking and creativity in food presentation
  • Spoken Italian an advantage
