SALARY: £16–£18 PER HOUR

Contract Options is currently seeking experienced Chef de Parties (CDPs) and Sous Chefs for exciting temporary positions in the Hook area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and professional kitchen environment where your culinary skills can shine.
You will be an integral part of the kitchen team, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards, and ensuring food is prepared to specification and safety guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a CDP or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen environment
• Valid driving licence (essential due to rural location)
• Basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain one – we can assist; valid for 3 years)
• Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Passionate about food and delivering excellence consistently

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu and client standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
• Assist with stock control and ensure proper stock rotation
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Adhere to all food hygiene, safety, and allergen regulations
