The Brook Inn is a well-established, family-run pub with a strong local following and a high-end reputation for food and drink. We’ve recently said goodbye to one of our long-standing team members (after 7 years!), and now we’re ready to welcome a new star to help us raise the bar even further.
This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up. We want someone who can take ownership, push standards, and bring ideas to the table.

The Role:

  • Working closely with our Head Chef on prep, service, and kitchen operations
  • Assisting with menu development and creativity
  • Ensuring effective stock control and accurate GP/costings
  • Upholding food hygiene and kitchen discipline
  • Coaching junior chefs and leading by example
