WE ARE HIRING: CHEF DE PARTIE (RELOCATION TO IRELAND REQUIRED)
We are currently seeking experienced Chefs de Partie to join the team at The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie, an award-winning restaurant group in Ireland with locations in Cork and Limerick City.
The SpitJack operates 7 days a week, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and handles between 600–800 covers dailywith a team of 6 chefs. This is a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment where the Chef de Partie plays a key role in running the pass and plating dishes with consistency and precision.
We are looking for candidates who thrive under pressure, take pride in their work, and can confidently maintain quality standards in a busy service. This role is best suited to individuals seeking international experience rather than career progression.
Please note: The successful candidate will be required to pay €2,800 for a work permit to relocate and work legally in Ireland.
While this may not be a promotional role, it offers an excellent opportunity for chefs who wish to relocate to Ireland and the EU. Long-term team members may also be eligible to apply for Irish citizenship after 7 years of service.
