About the Role

  • Run your section with consistency and confidence during service
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes with attention to detail
  • Support menu planning, costing, and ordering with the Head Chef
  • Mentor and guide apprentices and kitchen hands
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant cookery qualifications & food safety training
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Chef (CDP or strong Commis ready to step up)
  • Experience with open flame grilling and modern pub cuisine
  • A positive, flexible, team-focused attitude
