• Prepare and cook consistently excellent dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Support kitchen operations including stock management, ordering, and minimising waste
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service, especially during busy periods
• Contribute ideas to menu development and help enhance guest dining experiences
• Participate in a working trial as part of the recruitment process (mandatory)
