Welcome to Garrison Public House — the big brother of Mt Wellington’s Sylvia Park dining scene. Bigger portions, tried-and-true Kiwi hospitality, and the kind of consistency that keeps you coming back for more. Garrison is searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll take charge of your own section, managing prep and service to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes every time. You’ll work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to keep food costs on target, maintain standards, and help train junior team members. This role suits someone with at least two years’ experience in a similar position and an NCEA Level 4 qualification in cookery. You’ll be confident running a section, managing timing and quality, and working as part of a tight, supportive team.
