This role is positioned within the main restaurant, recognised for its unique tasting menu that showcases the creativity and culinary skills of the team. With a strong focus on seasonally grown produce, the cuisine at this venue embraces a natural approach, earning acclaim and admiration.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CHEF DE PARTIE

  • Proven experience in a similar role within high-end dining establishments at a high rosette or Michelin venue.
  • Strong understanding and passion for using seasonal produce and sustainable ingredients.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a flair for creative and innovative cooking.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative and passionate kitchen team.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices with relevant certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of a unique tasting menu that highlights the seasonal and creative approach of our cuisine.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency, especially during dinner service, four nights per week.
  • Support the head chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for menu development while sourcing and utilising the freshest local ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting the smooth flow of kitchen activities.
