What you will need to be a successful applicant:

• At least 3 years experience in a kitchen is a must
• To be a confident, respectful communicator; able to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an engaging and collaborative way
• To have a tangible and infectious passion for food and hospitality
• To be a team player who is flexible with availability dependant on the needs of the business. Shift, weekend and evening working will be required.
• To be self-motivated, able to work independently with own initiative.

Sunday in Brooklyn opened in Summer 2021 with a menu full of American staple dishes catering for breakfast, brunch and dinner. The restaurant is open for all-day-dining with a slight menu change for dinner.
