CHEF DE PARTIE – WORCESTERSHIRE – LUXURY HOTEL

A Chef de Partie is required for this gorgeous luxury hotel set in a stunning location in the Worcestershire countryside.
Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.
The fine dining restaurant offers seasonal a la carte menus focusing on only the best ingredients available in the region.
You must have worked as a Chef de Partie in a similar standard establishment, and without this experience your application unfortunately can’t be considered.
You will be working from a brand new, state of the art kitchen, and will be able to enjoy excellent facilities as you continue your career.

As Chef de Partie you will:

• Ideally already have good experience in a high-quality kitchen
• Be flexible to work on all sections as required and have the ability to train junior chefs on each section
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and deputise for senior Chefs when required
• Have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times
