We’re currently recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie on behalf of our clients & their stunning, family-owned boutique property located just outside North Walsham, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Set within 9 acres of picturesque grounds, the property features beautifully refurbished bedrooms, cosy cottages, and a recently relaunched restaurant and bar known for its modern twist on traditional English cuisine.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie looking to develop their career in a creative and supportive kitchen environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meets the Inn’s high standards. You’ll work alongside a committed team and contribute to delivering a consistently exceptional dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage your section efficiently during service, ensuring dishes are delivered to spec and on time
• Assist senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in your section
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials when required
• Take responsibility for mise en place and stock rotation within your section
• Help train and support junior kitchen staff as needed
