Job Description Oversee Thai kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality, authentic Thai dishes with consistent taste, presentation, and portion control. Manage food stock, market lists, and inventory, ensuring all essential Thai ingredients are available and stored hygienically. Monitor food cost and maintain budgets, controlling waste and maximizing efficiency in daily operations. Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff, maintaining discipline, productivity, and high standards of hygiene and safety. Ensure strict HACCP compliance, proper handling of ingredients, and adherence to all hotel food safety and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with culinary leaders and supporting departments, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, equipment safety, and effective crisis management procedures. Qualifications Minimum Primary school education Additional certification(s) from a reputable Culinary school will be an advantage Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
