We are looking for experienced Chef de partie 40-42 hours per week
The Albany Pub & Dining Room, is an independent company with an excellent reputation for food and service.
This is a real kitchen, were all our food is made on site by our kitchen team, so good knowledge and sharp skills is required, to help consistently produce excellent dishes.
We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for the right person to be part of our friendly team. We looking for preferably an experienced CDP but will consider experienced Kitchen assistants/those in-training looking to develop within a commercial kitchen.

The key requirements include the following:

• 1+ year’s experience at a similar level in a fresh food kitchen
• Enthusiasm for food & producing the perfect dish every time
• Good communication skills,
• A team player who can follow instruction.
• Ability to work under pressure and a good attention to detail
• Driven to develop, with a can do attitude
