We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The albert Bowness!
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated culinary professional to hone their skills and grow in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for a specific station within our kitchen, ensuring the consistent quality and timely delivery of dishes. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain our high standards and contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
What you’ll do:
* Manage a designated kitchen station (e.g., saucier, fish, or pastry), including prep, cooking, and plating.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared to our precise standards and specifications. * Monitor inventory for your station and report any shortages.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
* A solid understanding of classic and modern cooking techniques.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
