About Us
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across multiple sections (hot, cold, sushi, prep).
Support breakfast, and lunch service.
Work in a clean, well-organised kitchen with a focus on efficiency and consistency.
Maintain stock control and kitchen organisation.
Assist the Head Chef in daily operations and mentor junior staff when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, mise en place, and food safety standards.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Sushi preparation experience is a bonus but not required.
Valid working rights in Australia.
