JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our small, friendly team at The Barn pub, restaurant and award-winning wedding venue. The job will appeal to a Chef de Partie seeking a new working environment and fresh challenge, or a very experienced Commis chef eager for promotion.
We are confident you will find our kitchen a great place to work, and you will be encouraged to develop exciting new dishes for our menus (as an independent business, we offer you the freedom to be creative without the interference of a ‘head office’).

We have privately owned The Barn for 30 years and have had the same General Manager throughout this time. The Barn is situated in an ideal location in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells, close to the train station, with a stunning garden and characterful building.
In addition to our pub and restaurant business, we have developed an outstanding reputation for weddings and have been winners in the annual Kent Wedding Awards on 4 occasions, and finalists every year since 2013.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00 per year
