ABOUT US

The Brunch Club is a small business in HOSPITALITY in GLASGOW. We are a fast based brunch restaurant in the West end of Glasgow. We have a varied menu and launch specials each month to keep things exciting in the kitchen. We have a small team of staff and pride ourselves on maintaining a fun and upbeat working environment.
We are looking for an experienced Chef de partie to work as part of the team in our busy kitchen at our popular Finnieston location. This is a daytime position so you’ll have evenings off. Typical shifts are from 8am until 5pm.

As a chef de partie, you will work under the head chef and area manager and be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Working alongside a team of chefs to produce our fantastic brunch and lunch menu, consistently and safely during service
  • Working to Brand specs and Recipe’s
  • Maintaining food safety standards including all due diligence paper work and cleaning schedules
