At both pubs, we’re all about serving up mouth watering food in a warm and welcoming environment. Our locally sourced ingredients and seasonal dishes have made us a favourite among food lovers and locals. Our current 2 pubs are in Long Whatton and Castle Donington.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be in involved in everything, from food prep to plate presentations.
Support by feeding into menus that celebrate the best of classical,
British and Mediterranean cuisine, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Support the kitchen team by helping with training, and dish ideas
Health and safety is a no1 one for us so EHO definitely plays a big role
Work alongside our front-of-house team to deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A CDP who wants to progress in a quality-focused restaurant that can handle high volume.
A passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create unforgettable dishes.
Safety first! You know your way around health and safety regulations, including those set by our friends at EHO.
