JOB SUMMARY

We a Pub-Restaurant newly taken over by independent owners, ever looking to expand the offering we have in place, and in doing so we have become busier and look to continue to do so, with a fresh food offering. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fresh food and cooking, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous kitchen experience is essential; restaurant experience is highly desirable
  • Culinary experience with a focus on fresh food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
