REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
  • Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are presented beautifully and served promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
  • Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
  • Participate in the training of new kitchen staff, sharing culinary techniques and best practices.
  • Keep workstations clean and sanitised, following health regulations and guidelines.
