Job Description – Chef de Partie
Location: The Hertsmere, Script: Restaurant & Bar
Salary: £33,000+ (Salary & Tronc) / £28,500 per annum + Tronc
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, flexible scheduling, must be able to work weekends)
Reports to: Sous Chef
