Job Description – Chef de Partie
Location: The Hertsmere, Script: Restaurant & Bar
Salary: £33,000+ (Salary & Tronc) / £28,500 per annum + Tronc
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, flexible scheduling, must be able to work weekends)
Reports to: Sous Chef

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous Experience: At least 1-2 years as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant.
  • Culinary Passion: A genuine love for cooking and delivering outstanding food.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently produce high-quality dishes.
  • Organization & Efficiency: Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working under pressure and managing a busy service.
  • Food Hygiene Knowledge: Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
