You are responsible for your own section and, together with the Sous Chef, Head Chef, and the kitchen team, ensure that every service is taken care of down to the last detail.What are you going to do?As Chef de Partie, you are responsible for:Taking care of the complete mise-en-place and impeccable service within your party.Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to recipes and quality standards.Monitoring the taste, presentation, portion size, and consistent quality of all dishes.Working closely with the Sous Chef, Head Chef, and colleagues for efficient service.Coordinating with the wait staff regarding dietary requirements and allergens.Adhering to HACCP guidelines, temperature recording, FIFO, labeling, and maintaining a clean workplace.Identifying equipment defects and ensuring a safe working environment.Performing daily inventory counts and preparing orders for your party.Contributing ideas regarding recipes, kitchen processes, and seasonal changes.What makes you successful in this role?Do you recognize yourself in this?You have experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen.You work in an organized, clean manner and according to established working methods and procedures.You maintain an overview and remain calm during busy services.You are a true team player and communicate clearly in Dutch and/or English.You have an eye for detail, taste, and consistent quality.You are open to coaching and want to continue developing yourself.
