The Chef de Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and working closely with our dedicated prep team to ensure that daily par levels are met. This role requires clear communication,strong organization skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment,food safety practices,and basic culinary techniques.
