JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our meals are prepared to perfection, adhering to food safety standards while maintaining a clean and organised kitchen. There is also an option for accomodation on site.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in meal preparation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and preparation.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in the kitchen.

Responsibilities
