• Lead your section – managing prep, cooking, and plating to a high standard.
• Maintain consistency & quality – ensuring dishes meet our exacting standards.
• Assist with stock control & ordering – making sure your section runs smoothly.
• Work closely with the Head & Sous Chef – helping to deliver a seamless service.
• Support menu development – contributing fresh ideas for specials and seasonal dishes.
