Description:
The Metropole Hotel has an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join its team.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of a progressive and innovative team with an emphasis on learning and development. The ideal candidate will be highly creative and professional in manner, with excellent communication skills.
Salary - €34,000 per annum for a 39 hour working week
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Previous experience with food

Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in preparation, cooking and presentation of meals
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest possible standard
- Clean and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchens
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to
