WORKING HOURS: UP TO 40HRS PER WEEK, 5 DAYS OUT OF 7.

The Other House are looking for a dynamic and energetic CDP who has a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This individual needs to have a background in a supervisory role, working in a commercial kitchen with focus on creating memorable moments through food. We are looking for an individual who effectively will deliver entrepreneurial dining experiences with a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. For us, there is ‘inside the box’, there is ‘outside the box’ and then there is our Other House Team – passionate, self-driven and completely comfortable with pushing the boundaries.
The CDP will report to the Head Chef and the Junior Sous Chef on a property level and will support in making sure that the kitchen operation is running smoothly, is fully compliant with all rules and regulations, as well as meeting all targets, including financial goals, team member performances and resident/member satisfaction. The CDP will also make sure that the team feels motivated and supported.

About you - We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has:

  • Ideally previous experience in a CDP role in a commercial kitchen
  • Passion for cooking with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
  • Passion for people, with a desire to develop within their role and grow with the company
  • Self-drive attitude and previous experience working unsupervised
  • Sustainable and creative mindset when it comes to cooking and food handling
  • Great command of English – both verbally and written
  • Positive, engaging personality with a desire to collaborate within a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong task and time management abilities
  • The right to work in UK
