We have an Exciting Opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our friendly team at The Otter Inn in Weston, Honiton.
Responsibilities include: Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes ensuring you and your team our working to high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh to a high standard and be very organised.
Work with the entire team including managers and supervisors to provide quality, well-presented food with speed and efficiency, you will be encouraged to have your own input to improve products and service. We are a friendly bunch providing a relaxed but professional pub restaurant dining atmosphere, with great food to meet high expectations.
We take work life balance seriously here and would support that however we can with the right candidate. Our Chefs are currently working approximately 40-48hrs a week.
Tips are shared equally with all members of staff.
£12.50-£13.75ph subject to experience and qualifications.
