Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, maintaining high standards, and learning the fundamentals of professional cookery. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a real kitchen environment, with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Preparing basic ingredients under supervision
  • Supporting senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Keeping your section clean, organised, and stocked
  • Following hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work occasionally at our nearby sister property as part of the wider team
