Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As Chef de Partie, you will experience all sections of the kitchen, keeping to timescales and ensuring the preparation and delivery of all food meets a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • A roll-up your sleeve, get stuck in approach to all tasks assigned by the Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef.
  • Working collaboratively, ensuring your section meets to timescales.
  • Preparation and cooking of meat, fish, veg including hot & cold starters and main courses.
  • Supporting the pastry section as/when required.
  • Ensuring a clean and organised workstation.
    Our kitchens are busy and bustling. Come with enthusiasm, your knives and a bucketful of passion and we can help you develop the rest. Experience as a Chef de Partie, within a similar establishment is required.
