  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff and ensuring they adhere to operational standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels within your section and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Serve dishes promptly and professionally during service hours, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a busy restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety practices.
  • Previous kitchen experience with a focus on quality control and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
