Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The Ship on The Shore. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar fast paced restaurant and shellfish & seafood knowledge is a must.
Please note that this is a full time position of 35-50 hours, with weekly pay & tips. The position will be consisting of day, evening & double shifts, working 5 days out of 7 including weekends. The starting salary is from £14.50ph but is negotiable depending on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
  • Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role is preferred
