REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new culinary skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the restaurant’s schedule.

  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management as needed.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.
