JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in various kitchen environments including fine dining and catering. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our dishes while maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a line cook or similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with food service management practices, including inventory management and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for food handling.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
