Located in the heart of Marrickville, The Vic is a home away from home for locals and their pups alike. This iconic inner west gem is the perfect pace to save a table on the deck for beers and something sizzling from the kitchen. With live music, a basketball court and great food: there’s something for everyone at The Vic.

We are on the hunt for a Chef de Partie to join this large Inner West pub that caters to a diverse local crowd. We are looking for someone that thrives in a lively and busy venue and enjoys cooking pub classics and bistro-style food. The menu offers a good selection of dishes including rotisserie and charcoal grilled meats from the deck kitchen, burgers, pub classics and small plates for sharing.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in a similar position at pubs, restaurant or bistros
• Confident running a section and working across the kitchen
• Experience working on the grill is preferable.
• Good communication and execution of dishes
