Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
  • Participate in regular cleaning schedules and maintain equipment in good working order.
