CHEF DE PARTIE
The successful applicant will be a stickler for detail and take pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. We expect our chefs de partie to be able to work well both unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and innovate.
Key responsibilities include:
· Taking deliveries and prep work – ensuring our ingredients are fresh and ready for action
· Working in all sections of the kitchen – including kitchen portering responsibilities
· Participation in inhouse and external training to ensure you and the team are at the top of your game.
