We’re on the hunt for a Chef De Partie. to join our team at The White House.
Located in the heart of the city, The White House is renowned for serving up delicious seasonal dishes and quirky cocktails that delight our guests. Every weekend, we transform into the ultimate boozy brunch destination, offering a vibrant and lively atmosphere that keeps our patrons coming back for more.
We need someone who’s passionate about great food and drinks, with a flair for creating memorable experiences. If you’re a master of hospitality and love to work in a dynamic, chic environment, we want to hear from you.
The successful applicant will be a stickler for detail and take pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. We expect our chefs de partie to be able to work well both unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and innovate.
Key responsibilities include:
· Taking deliveries and prep work – ensuring our ingredients are fresh and ready for action
· Working in all sections of the kitchen – including kitchen portering responsibilities
· Participation in inhouse and external training to ensue you and the team are at the top of your game.
