We’re looking for passionate, committed Chefs de Partie to join the kitchen team at Town, our Covent Garden restaurant from chef-restaurateur Stevie Parle.
Opened in May2025, the site already has a reputation for thoughtful, produce-driven cooking – working with outstanding British ingredients in an open-fire kitchen that celebrates technique, creativity and seasonality.
