Position: Full-time, Salaried
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Location: Trevose Golf Club, Constantine Bay, Cornwall
Salary: £13.50–£14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Accommodation: Option for Live-in (for the right candidate)
Trevose Golf Club is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a key role within our kitchen, and we are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for high-quality food and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie role in a busy kitchen
  • Level 2 or above Health & Safety qualification
  • Level 2 or above Food Hygiene qualification
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work flexibly
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook all dishes to specification, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage your section of the kitchen efficiently, ensuring smooth operation during service
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards, handling food safely and competently
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Support senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Assist with the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute to the development of new menus and seasonal specials
