This is a permanent full-time role and will involve supporting our Head Chef and Sous Chef working across the full range of our dining offering, supporting lunch service, afternoon teas and evening dining. Detailed duties will be negotiated directly with the Head Chef and again will be based on experience. There is some room for negotiation in exact hours, but typical working hours cover lunch and evening service Tuesday to Saturday. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
