The Welcombe Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa is a country house Hotel on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon. We have 78 bedrooms and 7 apartments, a Spa with a swimming pool, Gym and an 18-hole championship golf course. Set in 360 acres acres of Park Land which makes for a beautiful place to work!
We are excited too as we get ready for our Multimillion-pound Refurbishment of our Hotel and Spa , seeing us become the Premiere Hotel in Stratford!
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team. We have a full time position available. Including mornings, evenings and weekends. 40 hours over 4 days is available.
We are looking for confident and experienced Chef de Partie who can deliver quality and consistency in our kitchen.
You will have a passion for food and you will want to help us to develop our kitchen, along with the menus. New ideas in our kitchen are always welcome!
Ideally, you will have a year’s experience as a CDP, but ultimately, you will be confident in running your own section in the kitchen.
Specifically, you will be gaining a knowledge of the dishes on all hotel menus and preparing them to the highest standards, set by the Head Chef.
